Talent Stage was built by Logan Hallam Photography to give performers a free, professional home online: one link with your photos, showreel, credits and a CV, ready to send with every application.
The Headshot Day brings the two together. You get professional, casting-ready headshots at a fraction of the usual price, and they go straight onto your free Talent Stage profile so you can start sharing it the same week. For Logan Hallam Photography, it’s a chance to build a portfolio of performers’ headshots and to introduce more people to Talent Stage.
There’s nothing extra to sign up for: booking your slot creates your free profile at the same time.
About the day
This Headshot Day is designed for aspiring actors and performers who need professional headshots for casting profiles, Spotlight, or personal portfolios.
Sessions will take place in a professional studio setting, with each performer receiving a short guided session to capture a range of natural, casting-ready headshots. After the session, you’ll receive a private gallery to select your favourite images.
Your £20 booking fee secures your slot and helps cover studio hire and travel costs. From your gallery you’ll be able to choose five images to be fully edited and delivered without watermark. Additional edited images may also be available if you’d like more.
This day is also part of building my photography portfolio, which is why the price is kept significantly lower than standard industry headshot rates. My aim is to create strong, professional headshots while keeping the session relaxed and supportive for performers at any stage.
Each performer is allocated a short studio slot, so spaces are limited and booking in advance is required.
How booking works
To reserve a place on the Headshot Day, please complete the “Secure your spot” form. After submitting the form we will contact you to confirm your time slot. No payment is taken at the time of booking.
After reserving a spot, you will be sent the Headshot Day terms to review and electronically sign. Once the studio venue and final event details are confirmed, a secure payment link will be sent to you via email.
The £20 booking fee is due within 48 hours of receiving the payment link and can be paid securely via Stripe or PayPal. This fee secures your place and helps cover studio hire and travel costs.
If payment is not received within the 48 hour window, the reserved time slot may be released and offered to another performer.
If the event does not proceed, no payment will be requested.
Dates and locations are subject to change. If the Headshot Day is cancelled, there will be no charge.

Questions
Do I need to create an account?
Yes, but it’s part of booking: the form creates your free Talent Stage profile and requests your slot in one go. You’ll then manage your booking from your account.
Is anything charged now?
No. The £20 booking fee is only requested once the studio venue and date are confirmed, by a secure Stripe or PayPal link. It’s due within 48 hours of receiving the link.
What if the day is cancelled or moved?
Dates and locations are subject to change, and we’ll tell you as soon as anything changes. If the day is cancelled, there’s no charge.
Can I change my time?
Yes. Before we confirm it, you can change it yourself from your account. After that, you can ask for a different time and we’ll confirm it if it’s free.
Can someone come with me?
Up to two people (for example a parent, guardian or agent) can come into the studio with you.
What do I get?
A short guided session, a private gallery of your photos, and 5 images of your choice fully edited and delivered without watermark, plus extra edited images for each friend you refer. More edited images may be available if you’d like them.
